Nathaniel is a civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in public municipal environments.  His experience includes full project lifecycle experience for roadways, bridges and signalization including design, bid, construction management, inspections and maintenance and program management. Extensive stormwater management experience including plan review, installation, inspection, maintenance and coordinate of MS4 permit for municipal operations.
